In most instances, the following cancellation fees will apply when a confirmed reservation is cancelled or terminated earlier than expected, for whatever reason.

1. if the reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the expected Check-in date, or if Cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation being confirmed, no charge will apply.
   
   
2. if the reservation is cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to the expected Check-in date, Koala Court will retain the full Deposit or one night rack-rate tariff if no deposit was taken.
   
   
3. if the reservation is cancelled 1 or 2 days prior to the expected Check-in date, Koala Court will retain the full deposit plus a charge equal to the cost of one night's accommodation tariff or two nights rack-rate tariff if no deposit was taken.
   
   
4. cancellation with-in 24 Hours or No-shows, may be charged the full tariff but if the apartment is re-let for the all duration or part of then the applicable credit will be given.
